工作職責：
? Develop and implement a vibration measurement system for our UAV, including test fixtures, sensors, proper data acquisition procedures and data analysis. Report and document test results
? Perform meaningful computer aided vibration simulations (ANSYS or other simulation tools)
? Use the results of these tests, along with subjective evaluations and engineering judgment to affect meaningful change in the design direction of the UAV. Cooperate with design engineers to propose feasible vibration reduction recommendation and develop solution for UAV frame, camera/gimbal, motor and propeller
崗位要求：
? Minimum BS degree in Engineering; Master or PHD degree a plus
? Strong attention to details and accuracy. Good knowledge of scientific methods and tools (such as Matlab). Good knowledge of vibration and damping theory. Knowledgeable about common methods of vibration reduction/isolation
? Papers published by internationally recognized organizations would be a plus.
? Excellent knowledge of instrumentation, test equipment, and data processing techniques (such as statistics) for vibration related testing
? Efficient and effective problem solving skills with an emphasis on combining data driven solutions with engineering judgment in a very fast moving environment.
? High energy level and “do whatever it takes” approach to get the job done quickly, efficiently and effectively.
? Motivated and self-directed.
? Can read technical paper/books in English
