職責描述：
1.新項目導入量產
New project introduction.
----規劃和制訂新項目的工藝流程和生產節拍
Working out process procedure and cycletime of new project.
----制訂新項目的工藝文件：流程圖，Process layout，FMEA,WI，開機點檢表。。。。
Prepare process documents of New project such as flow chart, process layout,
FMEA, WI, machine start check sheet and so on.
----制訂新項目所需設備和工裝的技術規范
Working out TSP of machine and fixture for new project.
----監控新設備和工裝的制造，對設備和工裝的生產進度進行追蹤
Monitor and keep tracking the assembly of the new machine
----新設備和工裝的試產及最終驗收
Do the trial run and final approval for the new machine and fixture.
----新項目的各個工藝流程的調試和驗證
Optimize and validate the process of new project.
----新項目的工藝參數確定及CPP制訂
Working out new project process parameter and CPP
2. 監控現有項目的生產，保持工藝穩定，降低產品廢棄率
Monitor the sop project production, keep the stable process, reduce the scarp.
3. 持續改善工藝流程和設備生產能力，提高產量
Continue improve the process procedure and machine cycle time, promote the volume
4. 各種工藝文件的管理及更新。
Manage the process documents and keeping update.
5. 工藝技術員的培訓
Training for process technician.
6. 工藝技術員的技術支持
Technique support for technician
7. 監督CPP表單的執行和確認
Monitor the CPP record and Approval
8. 生產中故障的緊急處理
The real time trouble shooting during the production
任職要求：
1. 大學本科及以上學歷(特殊優秀人員可適當放寬)
Bachelor degree or more.
2.理工科專業背景
Science and engineering background.
3.良好的英語聽，說，讀，寫能力
Good English ability of listen,read,write and oral.
4. 兩年以上工藝/設備維護經驗，懂吹塑相關工藝者優先。
More than 2years experience of process or maintenance。Understand Blow Molding process is prefered.
5. 工作態度認真嚴謹
Good work attitude.
