1.Finance and Accounting Management
2.Assist CEO with the establishment and monitoring of budgets.
3.Perform variance analysis.
4.Manage cash flow at a proper level.
5.Monitor investment and fixed assets.
6.Advise company liabilities.
7.Set up and control debtor policy.
8.Monitor and maintain proper collection and payment control.
9.Comply with company taxation obligations.
10.Liaise with auditors and bankers.
11.Investigate cost saving opportunities.
12.Perform credit management.
13.Appraise the Company’s financial position and provide financial and operating reports to the Board of Directors.
14.Ongoing review system and procedures for continuous improvement.
15.Initiate and implement plans to make maximum use of financial resources to meet operating objectives and plans.
16.Carry out any other duties as reasonably directed.
