Positon: Hardware Engineer
Divison: LSA CoC Electronic Systems Hardware
Responsibilities:
? Development of Headset/headphone. Covered product lines are ( but not limited to )
in automotive area: Audio Amplifier & Booster, ECUs for Sound Synthesis and Sound Cancellation and
in consumer area: Headphones, portable Loudspeakers, Microphone arrays, Loudspeaker arrays, Home entertainment Systems
? Generating detailed Hardware Analog audio design;
? Small audio signal design Audio interference handling;
? experience DCDC regulator design, best bom cost, low power consumption, thermal design constraints and environmental conditions
? Define and document Layout placement requirements
? know how to optimize output noise Low power system concepts;
? Familiar with audio system testing and validation HID layout experience
? Support the System Design team in concept creation and BOM cost assessment
? Perform and maintain insertion of BOM of function block in HARMAN calculation tool
? Perform Hand over and training activities to Product Development team
? Global cooperation with all other LSA CoC departments, Product Development division as Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing during the development process
? Realization and / or Assisting in the realization of white papers for new technologies.
? Part time support or perform component scouting for defined key technology. Focus next generation
? Join on site HW bring up workshops on several sites
? Development method according and within an agile process environment

Skills & Requirements:
? Minimum of bachelor degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or appropriate graduation)
? ＞ 5 years experience in the Hardware development and HW verification & measurement of Analog designs (Headset/headphone)
? High knowledge about the requirements in the consumer market
? Structured and goal- and result-orientated working style
? Ability of team work
? Good knowledge in written English
? Ability to work under pressure
? Willingness to travel
