崗位職責：
Provide development and technical support to 3M specific manufacturing system – CMIS globally, including countries like China, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the USA
- Perform analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities in Manufacturing & Engineering (M&E) applications area
- Responsible for system architecture design and optimization
- Participate in defining requirements that meet M&E business needs in an efficient and cost effective manner
- Utilize new technology in manufacturing area to find out more efficient e-solution to meet business requirement
- Work with infrastructure team for the manufacturing application server maintenance
- Responsible for database administration at Shanghai site as well as providing Database troubleshooting assistance at remote locations (?)
- Partner with client community for manufacturing process improvement
- Participate in Six Sigma, Lean, and IT Globalization projects
任職要求：
3 years in Information Technology field
- Minimum of 1 year M&E system experience is required
- Database experience for Microsoft SQL Server is necessary
- Proficient in programming with VB, .net, MS Access VBA
- Experience with ADO, DAO, ODBC for database access
- Good network and server knowledge, ability to resolve problem
- Microsoft Windows XP server
- MRP/MPS experience is preferred
- BPCS experience is preferred
- AS/400 & RPG experience is preferred
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in Automation, Computer Science or related field
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must

- Programs will be written and commented in English
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a large code base, manage version deployment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain / enhance code written by others
- Document programming logic to support system maintenance by other programmers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and strong teamwork spirit

- High degree of analytical skills, design skill
- Collaboration with International teams including flexible schedule
