Job Responsibilities崗位職責1.Responsible for drafting and formulating media communication-related policies and management procedures.起草和制定媒體傳訊相關制度和管理流程;2.Responsible for conceptualizing news content, including special reports or news articles related to university project development.構思新聞報道內(nèi)容,包括有關港城大(東莞)項目發(fā)展的專題報道或者新聞文章; 3.Responsible for writing, editing, and proofreading bilingual materials (English and Chinese) for promoting the international branding of the university.撰寫、編輯和審校港城大(東莞)國際品牌推廣的中英雙語材料,包括但不限于故事、新聞文章、簡報、新聞稿、社交媒體信息發(fā)布、網(wǎng)頁內(nèi)容、活動推廣以及視頻腳本; 4.Establish and manage the university's official media platforms, such as the official website, WeChat Official Account, and Weibo.建立和管理港城大(東莞)的官方媒體平臺,如官方網(wǎng)站、微信公眾號和官方微博等;5.Establish and expand media relationships, report, plan, and execute public relations and promotional activities for the university. Prepare media materials and organize press conferences, coordinate media interviews and visits.建立、維護和拓展媒體關系,與媒體保持有效協(xié)作,報道、策劃和執(zhí)行有關港城大(東莞)的公關宣傳活動,準備媒體資料并組織新聞發(fā)布會,協(xié)調(diào)安排媒體采訪和參觀;6.Responsible for strengthening cooperation and contacts with various sectors to enhance the university's image. Promote the university's achievements, mission, and values to various sectors through various activities.負責加強與各界的合作及聯(lián)系,以提升大學的形象。通過大學網(wǎng)站、媒體、活動、接待及參觀等,向各界宣揚大學的成就、宗旨及使命; 7.Organize and analyze data on resources such as advertisements and news coverage. Use the data to monitor and adjust media promotions, and generate analytical reports.對已投放廣告和新聞報道等資源數(shù)據(jù)進行整理分析,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)對媒體推廣進行把控和調(diào)整,并形成分析報告; 8.Capable of quickly and actively communicating with relevant media, providing crisis public relations ****s, and handling them properly.具備危機公關意識,能及時與相關媒體進行積極溝通,進行危機公關預警及妥善處理;9.Responsible for the management and maintenance of multimedia archives.負責多媒體檔案的管理和維護; 10.Lead the team in developing and establishing good government relationships.帶領團隊發(fā)展和建立良好的政府關系; 11.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.完成上級交辦的其他工作任務。Requirements任職要求1.Bachelor's degree or above in journalism, communication, marketing, or other related fields.新聞、傳播、市場營銷或其他相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷; 2.Over 12 years of work experience and management experience in media relations, large-scale event organization, and marketing communication.12年以上媒體關系、大型活動組織和營銷傳播方面工作經(jīng)驗和管理經(jīng)驗; 3.Extensive experience and a proven track record in media relations, large-scale event organization, brand promotion, marketing, and social media applications.在媒體關系、大型活動組織、品牌推廣和市場營銷以及社交媒體應用方面有豐富的經(jīng)驗和良好的業(yè)績記錄; 4.Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English.優(yōu)秀的中英文寫作能力; 5.Priority will be given to candidates with experience as news professionals, familiarity with higher education in mainland China, and experience in branding and marketing for large companies.有新聞工作者工作經(jīng)驗、熟悉中國內(nèi)地高等教育并有大型企業(yè)品牌和營銷經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先考慮。此崗位需要英文面試+筆試

香港城市大學(簡稱港城大)作為香港高等教育的重要一員,致力與內(nèi)地院校及科研機構拓展深入的合作關系。為貫徹落實《粵港澳大灣區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》,深化粵港澳創(chuàng)新合作,港城大更將粵港澳大灣區(qū)的辦學計劃納入大學整體規(guī)劃之中,為優(yōu)化大灣區(qū)高等教育布局結構、聚集高端人才、建設國際科技創(chuàng)新中心做出貢獻。港城大于2020年初與東莞市人民政府和東莞理工學院就合作辦學事宜達成共識并簽署了合作協(xié)定,擬在松山湖共同申辦成立一所具有獨立法人資格的合作辦學機構“香港城市大學(東莞)”[簡稱港城大(東莞)]。以合辦雙方優(yōu)勢學科為基礎、結合粵港澳大灣區(qū)及國家產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需求,港城大(東莞)主要圍繞計算機科學、人工智能與數(shù)據(jù)科學、高端電子信息、生物醫(yī)學工程、智能制造、先進材料、新能源、土木與建筑工程及數(shù)字經(jīng)濟等前沿領域開展辦學。港城大(東莞)將秉承港城大“教研合一”的辦學理念,引入港城大學術標準實現(xiàn)“兩校一質(zhì)”,將“創(chuàng)新無限”作為立校引擎融入人才培養(yǎng)全過程,致力于培養(yǎng)具有國際競爭力的卓越人才。2022年6月,香港城市大學(東莞)獲教育部批準籌備設立。同年11月,香港城市大學(東莞)(籌)正式注冊成立,擔負起港城大(東莞)的籌建工作,現(xiàn)各項工作正在穩(wěn)妥有序推進中。
