職位描述1、負責核心中高端人才崗位的招聘 根據公司戰略,深入理解公司業務發展和人才需求,參與制定并執行高招計劃 2、承接招聘需求，了解業務背景和人才畫像，尋訪符合要求的人才簡歷；3、對人才有判斷，為組織引進適配度較高人才，管理候選人的期望和整個招聘流程；4、建立自己的渠道使用路徑，能通過多維渠道定向尋訪候選人，且建立持續性聯系，形成良好的人才轉介紹機制；5、定期搜集與匯總市場人才信息，從人才市場角度對業務給予信息輸入，為業務用人提供參考。職位要求1、本科及以上學歷，1-3年招聘相關工作經驗；2、溝通表達能力出色，能夠比較順暢對接業務方及候選人；3、具有一定的時間管理能力，能夠較好地區分工作的優先級；4、學習能力與自我驅動能力強，具有較強的更新迭代能力與成長訴求；5、有較強的責任意識，能夠主動發現并解決問題；6、有獵頭工作經驗優先；有互聯網行業招聘支持工作經驗者優先考慮。
