任職資格Qualifications：
1-大專以上學歷，材料，機械，自動化，發動機制造等相關專業。
College degree or above, measuring instrumentation related majors.
2-5年實驗室相關工作經驗，熟悉各項試驗設備如力學性能測試，脈沖測試，老化測試，泄露測試等的使用。
5 years of relevant experience in laboratory, capability to perform product validation work in a coordinated manner.
3- 需要具備很好的專業技術能力 ，對試驗設計需要有很好的理解及實施能力。
A good understanding of Design of Experiments is highly preferred.
4-計算機能力 – 熟練使用 Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel等軟件
Computer Skills – Able to use Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
5-語言能力 – 能夠進行英語交流優先.
Language Skills – can understand English is prefer.
6- 溝通能力 –必須具備能夠把試驗結果通過郵件或者測試報告的形式清楚向團隊成員進行描述溝通的能力，能夠快速及時清晰的跟蹤更新測試數據。
Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate experimental results clearly to team member and supervisor through email, verbal communication and/or concise report. Require to update research notebook clearly and promptly.
7- 團隊合作–必須具備團隊合作能力。能夠跟各個部門成員進行良好的合作溝通。
Teamwork – Must be able to work collaboratively within Technology team and analytical team if
necessary. The ability to work with people having different personalities and different job
functions is a must

主要職責Main Responsibilities：
1-依據驗證實驗計劃，嚴格實施完成各項試驗，提供準確有效的試驗數據并出具準確的試驗報告。熟悉實驗室所涉及的各項測試包括力學性能測試，環境老化測試，尺寸測量，物理及化學性能測試等。
Perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data. This will include physical, and /or analytical testing and measurement .Coordinate performance of intra-group or external subcontracted testing, in compliance with cost/quality/lead time requirements.
2- 負責所涉及測試項目及設備各項文件的管理，做好試驗數據的分析，對測試的結果能夠依據模板編制專業的報告，并能清楚明確的向團隊進行說明闡述試驗過程及各項疑問。Document experimental work, carry out data analysis, write technical reports and interpret results to present to supervisor and/or technology team
3-能夠讀懂并能依據各項測試標準如ASTM, ISO, GB 及客戶要求進行試驗。熟悉汽車行業IATF16949管理要求，能依據試驗室管理體系ISO17025要求進行每日試驗工作。
Read test methods, understand ASTM, ISO, GB and customer standards. Abide by the regulation of ISO17025 and IATF16949.
4-具備學習及自我提升的能力，依據專業知識能夠對實驗室操作過程及實驗過程進行有效改善的能力。
Improve skill levels within the laboratory: make skills in his/her area of expertise available to other departments
5-負責試驗設備的維護保養，保證試驗設備符合試驗要求的各項性能要求，做好設備運行過程中的監督及檢查，做好設備的計量校準管理及備品備件管理工作。
Maintain equipment required for validation testing and ensure its ability to satisfy customer needs. Monitor test facilities under his/her responsibility (start-up, compilation of equipment file, calculation of uncertainties, checks/calibrations, maintenance)
6-負責實驗室的清潔整理工作，做好
5S. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of his/her work environment
7- 執行ISO14001、IATF16949的相關條款，承擔公司體系文件規定的相關（安全、環境和質量）責任。
Abide by the regulation of ISO14000 ,IATF16949 and take the responsibility in safety, environment and quality written in company system documents.
8-主管安排的其他工作
