LINAK China Sourcing Engineer（plastic）Responsibilities ?Drive to achieve annual cost saving target timely track and update per request ?Utilize multi tools to drive out best cost from NPI to MP all stages?Coordinate and work with global and local stakeholders on new supplier research, ****ion, audit, qualification till new supplier setup in system.?Develop and manage supplier relationships, be liaise with local suppliers and global Sourcing team.?Contracts reviewing and management.?Monitor market trend and industry technology and apply for commodity management?Work with global Sourcing team to define and work out strategic suppliers and implement at daily work.?Reports, presentation preparation per manager required ?Risk mitigation: ****uating business case to identify risk and work out risk mitigation plan?Cross functional support, good collaboration with cross function teams?Act as escalation point for internal cross team to handle supplier related issues?Review and ****uate and negotiate commercial terms timely with suppliers?Perform RFQ timely for assigned commodities, with cost comparison and should cost study to get best price from NPI stage?Release sample PO, NPI PO before PPAP?Coordinate with cross teams on tools, sampling from Sourcing worksRequirement ?Fluent oral and written English?Prefer with engineering degree/****? +3 years plastic/metal/tooling/painting Sourcing experience ?Experienced, and with good expertise in negotiation?Familiar with tools like cost breakdown, cost comparison, should cost analysis?Strong communication and influencing skills, team coordination and management skill?Can-do attitude, Self-motivated and result-driving approach on problem solving ?Highly executive on tasks assigned and following up with timely updates and communication?Can work under pressure with tight schedule and keep several balls in the air, with energy & stamina on problem solving, good at conflict resolution ?Work smart and efficient with systematic & digitalization thinking?Good at reporting and presentation, prefer with experience in Power BI and AX system?Integrity with good ethical?Good learning & study, easy adapt to change ?Willing to travel?Project transfer experience is preferred.This position direct reports to LINAK China Sourcing Director
