We are looking for a Materials Planning Specialist to join Arrow Shenzhen office. This role will manage complex inventory demands and optimize supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong **** in materials planning and inventory management, working closely with Asset, customer service and sales teams to ensure efficient product delivery and inventory management.What You’ll Be Doing?Upload and manage forecasts for non-EDI customers, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates to align with customer demands.?Review forecast demand in Demantra, approving exceptions as necessary to maintain alignment with customer requirements and inventory planning.?Adjust inventory levels by pulling in, pushing out, or expediting orders based on the customer's weekly forecast demand to ensure timely fulfillment.?Respond ****ly to forecast demand queries from non-EDI customers, providing clear communication and support to meet their needs.?Transfer stock to consignment inventory and arrange shipments for JIT discrete orders, ensuring efficient inventory flow and timely delivery.?Review on-hold consignment billing, resolving any price and cost issues to ensure accurate and timely billing for customers.?Conduct inventory liability reviews, encouraging customers to take stock from both Arrow PDC and consignment IO, and handle RMAs and invoice disputes for items under VMI programs. Additionally, prepare waterfall charts for items with liability arguments to support decision-making and resolutionWhat We Are Looking For?Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.?2-4 years of relevant experience in materials planning or inventory management.?Proficiency in inventory management systems and tools.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Fluent English Speaking.
