職位描述：研發質量經理是負責公司研發項目質量管理的關鍵角色，其主要職責是確保研發流程的順暢、高效和優化，同時保障產品質量符合公司及行業標準。主要職責：1、質量策劃：在項目立項后，組織質量策劃活動，包括質量目標和策略的制定、項目活動裁剪、歷史經驗導入、新風險識別，并輸出質量策劃報告。2、質量保證：在項目開發階段，通過活動審計、關鍵交付件評審、TR準入審計來保證活動和交付物質量。3、質量控制：監控風險降級、問題解決進展以及質量目標度量，進行項目質量控制。4、質量總結/改進：在項目轉量產前，組織進行質量總結，梳理風險識別情況、風險降級情況、問題標準化情況，并提出改進方案。5、風險評估和問題解決：對研發過程中的各種因素進行風險評估，分析問題根源，提出解決方案，并負責推動方案的落實。6、測試流程優化和管理：參與研發測試的整個過程，設計并優化測試流程，對測試結果進行評估和分析，發現問題并提出解決辦法。7、設備與儀器的運行維護：監控和維護設備和儀器的運行情況，確保設備和儀器的正常運行狀態和準確度。8、質量監督和驗收：制定質量監督計劃，對各個研發項目進行質量監督，并參與研發驗收工作，確保整個研發項目能夠按時、按質量要求完成。9、團隊管理和培訓：對研發團隊進行管理和培訓，包括工作計劃的制定、工作指導、目標達成情況的評價和反饋、技能培訓等，幫助研發團隊提升工作水平和素質，促進工作效率的提高。職位要求：1、教育背景：本科及以上學歷，計算機、電子通信或相關專業。2、工作經驗：5年以上電子產品開發工作經驗，具備研發設計和項目管理經驗。3、專業技能：精通C語言，熟悉計算機網絡基本協議；熟練Linux開發環境，編寫測試腳本。4、個人素質：細致、耐心、責任心強，思路清晰、開朗，邏輯思維好。5、語言能力：能夠獨立閱讀相關的英文資料。6、團隊領導能力：具有軟件項目開發團隊組織協調領導能力，能夠領導團隊完成研發任務。
