?Purpose of the PositionInsides sales for IP SC-CN, at least handle 2M CHF orders per year?Main Tasks?Sales support?3C&White goods markets information collection?Admin team task: quotationorder record(CRM/SAP),,commission, agent coordination,technical & producst consultation.?Create leads and push OSR to follow leads timely?Set up market price of IPC-CN, discount control process?Set up in-house sales process, sales admin will be responsible for simple/duplicate orders.?Monitor and Optimize sales process, make sure that all sales behavior is appropriately according to internal group policy, set up related ISO documents.?As key account of SAP, follow SAP SD process, and provide suggestion to SAP report…?Promotion information collected & agent selling channel control, try beter to make the sales market fair and transparent.?Stock management together with SBF team leaders and SPC.?Remind payment on A/R list, category the customer by credit rating?Handle customer compains?Sales reporting and analysis:?Cooperate with commercial team to collect and validate the sales data, publish the report, develop the sales performance tracking report system,provide the analysis report to management team.?Interact with sales, trade marketing, marketing to understand demand forecast drivers according to the market situation.?Analyze historical sales and forecast building blocks to enhance the forecasting process and improve forecast accuracy?Statistical monthly incoming order,revenue.?Internal support:?Manager & monitor end user certification.?Manager & follow up loan & demo equipment with sales/service team?Provide suggestion to contracts & make sure all the contracts are follow global sales rules.……?Service Support:?Contact window between sales & service?Order process for service order, collect service process policy/FSE reports/login in documents.?Build up customers’database,optimize customers’ classification?……CRM support?Support sales manager to maintain key project into CRM system, provice CRM related Training & support to sales team.?Responsible and accountable for CRM data quality and process optimization.?Coordinate support activities and identify solutions for complex issues.?Support CRM implementation of growth initiatives?Monthly report for CRM activities. ?Other Jobs assigned by Line Mananger?Competencies?At least 3 years sales/support experience in industry. Experience in European company will be preferred ?SAP experience will be preferred.?Knowledge experience and proven track record in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)?Willing to learn with fast learning process?Outstanding communication, presentation and commercial negotiation skills?Self-motivated, flexible and good team p****?Requirements Profile?Minimum bachelor degree, major in trading & business is preferred?Exceptionally energetic, dynamic personality with a sense of urgency, strong and comprehensive understanding of multi-product, solution selling?Effective interpersonal skills?Good English skill in written and spoken
