工作職責：1.負責制定和實施公司新行業市場的銷售策略，完成公司設定的銷售目標；2. 深入研究行業動態，挖掘新的行業機會，開拓新行業客戶資源；3. 帶領銷售團隊開展新行業客戶的開發工作，確保團隊完成業績指標；4. 參與新行業項目的招投標工作，負責項目談判、合同簽訂及回款跟進；5. 分析競爭對手動態，為公司提供市場情報及策略建議；6. 協調公司內部資源，為銷售團隊提供支持，確保項目順利實施；7.負責銷售團隊的培訓、激勵和考核，提升團隊整體銷售能力。任職要求：本科及以上學歷具備5年以上項目型銷售工作經驗，其中3年以上新行業客戶開發經驗；熟悉新行業市場動態，具備較強的市場分析及判斷能力；具有豐富的客戶資源，能獨立開拓新行業客戶；具備優秀的溝通能力、談判技巧及團隊管理能力；抗壓能力強，能適應頻繁出差；工作主動性高，責任感強，具備良好的職業道德和敬業精神。
