Drive productivity of purchased products and services, through multiple tools. Be familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 management system requirements and knowledges. 支持運營認證和審核。熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949管理體系要求和知識。7.Manage buyers for routing task and develop team by coaching.通過指導來管理采購員的工作和開發團隊。8.Enhance company Core Value and Compliance regulations in business environment. 提升公司核心價值和商業環境中的合規規定。Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge1.Full time university bachelor’s degree of engineering or supply chain management統招大學學士學位，工程或者供應鏈等管理專業2.Minimum 7-year experience in procurement or engineering area至少7年采購經驗或者工程背景3.Proved experience of people management有人員管理經驗4.Solid knowledge of plastic molding, stamping and plating product is advantage有扎實的塑料成型、沖壓、電鍍產品知識者優先5.Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in matrix environment良好的人際溝通能力，能適應復雜的環境6.Customer focus and continuous improvement attitude以客戶為中心和持續改進的態度7.Advanced knowledge in use of SAP熟練掌握SAP8.Fluent in English and Mandarin both in written and spoken流利的英語和普通話讀寫能力
